We take great care in processing your order, but please ensure your shipping details are correct before you hit that checkout button. We're not liable for any incorrect shipping information you provide, and unfortunately, that means no refunds will be issued if the address submitted is incorrect.
In the event that an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for the charges to resend the item. Furthermore, please keep in mind that we cannot hold liability for lost or stolen packages. However, you can always track your order, giving you peace of mind as you await your new swimwear!
Shipping Policy - The Basics
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer full exchanges or store credit within 15 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process. Please remember, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-shipment fees.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that all tags and hygiene liners are intact before sending your item back. Items must be unused and be in the original condition you received it in. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items that don’t meet these guidelines.
Once your return has been received and it has been reviewed, your refund will be processed promptly—minus shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
To process a return please email honeydewswim.ca@gmail.com with your order number and order information to initiate this process. We will provide the appropriate steps to begin this step. When you decide to return, please note that customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
Shipping Processing
Please allow 48 hours for order processing before you receive your order confirmation. Shipping costs are determined by Canada Post's rates, so you can expect fair pricing based on your location.
While we work diligently to dispatch your items, please note we are not liable for any additional customs or cross-border fees that may arise in your country.
Please allow up to 24 bussiness hours to pack your order and provide tracking information for your shipment.
